Dear Customer,

      Thank you for choosing Magical Illuminations as your Landscape Lighting System Service/Repair specialist.  

      Please print or download our Service Work Order. Complete form and mail, fax or scan & email back to us so we can schedule service & repair visit. You will find a description of recommended Maintenance Tasks that will be preformed with each visit.

      In order to receive Service and Maintenance, please fill out, sign and
return the enclosed Service Work Order. We need to have a signed Acknowledgement of Service Terms from each of our customers for our records.
      No work will be performed without prior approval and scheduling by
the customer before each service visit.
